First impression: Last week I called to get an appointment before I bought a Groupon and was told that they were no longer accepting them. So my boyfriend called them back the next day and must have talked to somebody else because he was able to schedule an appointment. I thought, okay, I'll go.
Second Impression: Showed up for my appointment today at 5:15 for my 5:30 and was told that they called and canceled my appointment at 2:15 (when I was not in cellphone service.) So 3 hours notice.
Although their sign on the door says "Walk-ins Welcome," and I showed up on time, they didn't even offer to work me in. When they stated they would have to reschedule me, I pointed out that I am moving and unable to. I then advised them I would have to get a refund and they simply directed me to request one from Groupon.
Don't even bother if you're a walk-in. Appointment only.
