Honestly go anywhere but here. At first they seemed decent and the customer service was good. It was $200 to fix my iPhone 6- which I can usually get repaired for $50 by I'FixEm- but they were the only place that could do it before I left for spring break and I was desperate so I did it. After I picked up the phone and used it for the next few days, the new screen seemed very cheap and broke without me even dropping it or pressing hard. I called them and they said I could drive down to the store to see if it fit the warranty (I live in Tucson for college), but after explaining they said it fit in the warranty and next time I was in town to come get if fixed as long as it was within 90 days. I came down the next weekend and was greeted by the WORST customer service I have ever received by their "lead", who told me whoever I talked to would've never said that. I'm not sure if he spoke this way to me because I'm a young woman or a college student that he thought didn't know any better, or if he was genuinely a jerk. I explained my problem over and over again and finally he said "I mean I guess I can take a look but I'm not fixing it". He realized once he checked that they left broken glass under the screen the first time which is why it broke. He replaced it and then his coworker- the guy who has been so polite to me the first visit- said "You didn't drop it and it broke? Must be an April's fool joke". They fixed my phone but the screen pretty much still sucks. It's popping off. I would never recommend this scam of a company and it's joke employees to anybody.
