  • Let me start off by saying the actual service of Bell Transportation was pretty good. They picked us up on time even though my plane was late twice! Our driver was excellent! He took pix of us at the Las Vegas sign and took us to some cool spots around the strip. He even hooked us up with some extra alcohol, free of charge. Great guy, gave him a great tip....now here's the reason why Bell Trans gets a 2 star rating. I gave the guy a $90 tip. They messed up his worksheet and put it as money owed to them, so they charged my credit card for it. I called up and was like you need to get that corrected pretty damn quick. They promised it would take up to two weeks for me to get reimbursed. That "two weeks" turned into almost a month and half of phone calls, complaints and my bank eventually having to go after them for the money. They ruined what would have been a 5 star experience. Truly did. I would like to recommend them to someone but I couldnt in good conscience do that knowing they might jerk you with the money.
