  • I scheduled a new customer appointment with Kellie based on Yelp reviews. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that she would be right with me. After 30 minutes of waiting, I learned that she had taken 2 walk-ins even though I had an appointment scheduled for 2 o'clock. I left after 40 minutes. Apology not accepted. Poor customer service.
