  • Ok so I have a update from my last visit. I told them they need to change the crush washer when they drain the oil because subarus are known to leak oil when you don't replace it every time. Apparently they didn't so I took it in and told them hey my car is leaking oil and they told me to come straight in. Went in the front of the line and they confirmed that they in fact did not replace the crush washer so they replaced it apologized for it and didn't charge me anything. I would give them a higher star rating but because I now have a oil stain on my garage floor. I figured a 3 star rating would suffice. Jared service manager was really good about taking car of it so thank you if your reading this.
