rev:text	*pictures have been posted please go look before going in to this place * HORRRRIIBBLLE!! They have absolutely no understanding of customer service they strictly are there to get there money and send you on your way.. I went in and paid almost $60 for a fullset with gel polish.. the nails were poorly done.. the acrylic was not applied as close to the cuticle as it should have been so it looks as though I've had the set on for over a week and I just got them done..there are multiple cracks in the acrylic and the fake nail was not the size it should have been to cover the width of my nail.. the gel color was applied so thick that they were not smooth and extremely thick. My $60 nail set looked like horribly made press ons.. no big deal right.. I give people the benefit of the doubt and asked for them to be fixed. I was told that wasn't a problem.. the gentleman Andy who claims to be the manager took the gel off to reshape my nails with no care in the world as to how the acrylic was originally applied.. he proceeded to tell me I was done. I told him I wanted the color that I had put back on my nails and he told me he if I wanted the gel back on that I would have to pay again!! So please beware of this place!! They refused to fix the shit job they did and they refused a refund. They told me I got what I paid for, which is by far the case!! I walked out of there with just regular acrylics over my nails.. no polish no nothing.. that's the service and product I get for damn near $60!! Don't look at the photos they have posted on yelp... they make the nails look wonderful but don't let that fool you.. I showed a picture of what I was looking for and still received amateur looking nails. Not worth the price at all.. safe your money and time!!! Oh and the "manager" Andy didn't know shit.. couldn't give me a receipt of what I paid for.. he gave me an invalid email to retrieve a receipt from.. they wouldn't even give me a breakdown of what I paid for. This by far was the worse experience I have ever had at a nail shop!! Rude!! Arrogant!! Pricey for what they give you !!! Shit service and finished product!!!
