  • My mini schnauzer puppy had a long broken dew claw and it was bothering her so I called our normal banner vet which we pay monthly for and they couldn't get me in for 8 days. Yea I said it 8 effing days. So I called around and University vet was only a block away and took her in like 2 hours later. They told me it was like $60 bucks for the visit and like $25 for the removal and it might go higher which I didn't care since I wanted Lollis nail to be removed so she was fine. I got there and it's huge and open. Receptionist was nice and fast and I was in the waiting room within 5 minutes. Tech came by and then the vet, so they took her to the back and I waited up front and she said the claw pulled out with no issues and was no pain to Lolli which was great. They didn't even charge me for the removal and i had a 10% off checkin so it was only like $56 bucks which I was happily paid. I think I was there a total of 25 minutes and left with a happy puppy. I am making them my vet and canceling petsmart a banner.
