  • Waited forever to be seen even with an appointment. The techs and dentist were super nice and great, but it seems a bit chaotic and disorganized. You can see and hear everything going on for at least 5 other patients which makes for a stressful experience if you have any anxiety about the dentist. After the exam and x-rays, I waited 35 minutes to speak to someone about my next appointment. Finally they said they'd have to just call me to discuss instead. It's been over 2 weeks and not a word. Luckily I'm in no rush to get work done on my teeth.
