  • Sent my father and some friends here to dine and watch a basketball game tonight based upon the favorable reviews. The men had the meatloaf and the other had chicken. They reported that the food was very poor quality. Had it not been for the pleasant waiter, the experience would have been awful. Management did respond and seems to be very committed to customer satisfaction, which tells me it was probably a rare occurrence and a second visit should be in order.
