A solid American fare restaurant. From first glance online, the menu was not very exciting or adventurous to me; it gave off a very casual impression. I chose to eat here with a group of guys to celebrate a buddy's birthday, who is very much a burger/chicken fingers and fries kind of eater. This was the best I could find that offered a trendy vibe that kept a "safe" menu, without it being too stuffy as a classical steakhouse, or too casual as a sports pub.
I loved the design and decor of the restaurant. It features a very large and open feel in the dining room, which was dimly lit but accented with modern lighting. The food was simple yet delicious. I ordered the seabass over lobster risotto...and it was my favorite dish my entire trip! The restaurant was oddly empty but I think it was due to a combination of things...being Easter weekend, late dinner (930pm seating), and it being in Mirage (not as much foot traffic compared to other casinos). Overall, my friends and I really enjoyed the meal. Highly recommended restaurant for an unassuming menu.
