| - This store specializes in maternity and nursing wear. They host nursing info sessions, and I'm sure they are very supportive. However, my experience was a little bewildering. I stopped in when I was about to pop out my twins to get my first nursing bra. I was in the 'hood and had read about this place.
One would assume they have a lot of nursing bras. Not so.
I'm a Medium in the brands that come in S-M-L. Sounds like that might be the most common size. They had one bra that fit me. One, in the whole store. They kept saying we'll be getting more in- in a few weeks. Well, that's gonna be too late, and I won't be in the neighborhood again then. So, I did buy a tank top, because if the babies arrived early, I wanted to be prepared. But, seriously, they should have a bigger stock.
Luckily, I have friends who provided the bulk of my maternity clothes, so I didn't need to buy much, and I didn't browse their selection. But, do consider nursing in your maternity clothes. I'm back down to pre-pregnancy size, but I still wear a couple of my maternity tops that work well with nursing. Most maternity clothes are not nursing friendly.
