| - I just called this location and a male answered, which I didn't happen to catch his name. He was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked for a quick cost for the storage units, and he responded with asking what my phone number was. I then said, "why do I have to give my phone number, I'm just asking a quick question for the cost...", and he said "okay, well so am I". I then said, "excuse me, I just wanted a quick cost on the units, I shouldn't have to give out my personal information", and he pretended to not hear me, responding with what, what I can't HEAR YOU NOW, and immediately transfers me to the customer service line. A child/female by the name of JOY then answers, and was extremely rude and sat in complete silence as I tried to explain what had just happened and why I was transferred to her, and she responded in a condescending, wished she was a sorority girl tone, and said, "...ummm....so likeeee....what was your questionnnnnn...?", and I re-explained the situation to her, and told her that both herself and the initial male that answered had absolutely disgusting customer service skills, and she started talking over me, and then yelled saying "YOU DON'T NEED TO BE RUDE", and hangs up on me!! I called back, in just complete disbelief and disgust with how I was treated, and the lady by the name of Christine answered and apologized for my experience and said that the manager at this location is Whitney, and she would transfer me right to her. She puts me on hold, and transfers me and a woman in customer service answered, who indicated she was not out of that location. She was the ONLY person who was even helpful to me, and extremely apologetic and I explained the situation, and asked that I be transferred back to that location. She confirmed that the GM for this location was in fact Whitney, and that she would transfer me right over. I was put on a brief hold, and a female by the name of "Tamra" then answered, I explained that I was being placed on hold for the GM-Whitney, and she immediately hung up. I am so beyond disgusted by how this company allows their employees to treat potential customers. This location definitely lost a customer and I feel that they need to be held accountable for how they treat people. My reasoning for even looking into a storage unit, has been difficult enough on me, and I finally made my first phone call to look into the costs, and this is how I was treated. It truly made me sick. (I also just posted my review under the Google Reviews for this location too..so i'm reposting here as well.)
