  • I was invited by my girlfriend to try out the McKenzie Towne location about a month ago and will never go back. I looked at the schedule online, but once I arrived (3 minutes before the class was about to start) I was turned away and told that I needed to be there 2 minutes earlier to attend. I was ready to go, simply needed to leave my bag in the change room. Was extremely disappointed as I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come to this particular location, and walked around the building confused as I also did not realize it was upstairs. (Likely losing the 2 minutes I needed to be able to attend the class.) If you are going to turn customers away, I suggest writing something on the schedule that requires a mandatory 5 minutes prior to class start time..
