  • I'd really give it a 3.5. POSITIVES: - Beautiful, spacious pool area with 2 jacuzzis, waterslide (but it wasn't operating) - Access to fitness center thats open 24 hours yay! - Housekeeping sent me my makeup bag I left behind - Secluded area uptop a small mountain in Phoenix, 5 minutes from PHX airport - Naturally Flavored water in the lobby :) - Delicious bloody marys at the poolside - Service was EXCELLENT (in lobby, room service, etc) NEGATIVES - No complimentary parking although there is AMPLE parking and you already pay an arm and a leg for the room - No complimentary wifi even though you already pay an arm and a leg for the room - My room was really awkward when I arrived, the footstool was turned over, and all drawers were open, but everything else in its place (makes me think its haunted) - Found out its built right next to cemetery, which really confirmed it is haunted. -Although housekeeping sent my makeup bag all the way to Hawaii (because I left it behind), two essential brushes and an eyeshadow was missing. ... but I suppose I already lost the whole thing anyway...... -No mini bar/refrigerator in rooms.
