I arrived at the restaurant with my party of 4 was told it would be a 15 min wait, even though 70% of the tables were empty. At this point we offered to sit at the bar which only had more than 10 avail seats, and we were told the issue was the staff was backed up and we could not be seated there either. We waited approx 20 min before we were sat at a table that had more soy sauce on the menus than were in the soy sauce pots. We placed our order, half our party received their rolls within an acceptable 15 min (We took a soy sauce pot from another table that had been empty the entire time and that one was also empty) while the other half did not receive anything until 45 min had gone by and the other half of the table had eaten their entire order. After 1 hour the person next me and I had received 2 of the 3 rolls we initially ordered and we canceled the remaining order. The server took off our drinks and did not charge us the remaining rolls even though one of the elusive rolls showed up the min we tried to leave. Food was good/average for a sushi place in this price bracket waiter was prompt and courteous. The one star is for the food and the waiter otherwise I would select none. Restaurant was just poorly staffed/operated. One last thing the was the restroom looked like it was hit by hurricane Sandy and the host really did not seem to care about anything. Who understaffs a restaurant on a Saturday night?
