  • This USED to be my son's and I favorite donut shop, but for the past few months it has been under new management . Now there's only a guy running the place, and unfortunately he's rude and inpatient!!. He never smiles and makes you feel rushed while trying to choose your donut. Just earlier today I went in to ask for a vanilla mocha rush cappuccino which is on his menu, and he didn't even know what I was talking about?!. He responded with "so you want a cappuccino Or what?", and the cappuccino was from a cappuccino machine like the one at am/pm. It was also watered down, and when I told him he insisted that he had just changed the powder which I did see, but my point was that I didn't like it at all. So, I asked if I could please have a regular coffee instead, and he huffed and puffed and said he could not do that!. I told him it was really watered down and he said oh well and just took the drink and walked away like he didn't care. I was in disbelief since I come every week with my son. I definitely miss the previous ladies that worked there. I'm still in shock.
