  • UPDATE: Courtesy addressed my concerns and delivered what they had promised. Donovan from the sales team pushed hard for what I was after and I appreciated his dedication to winning my business. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends. Thanks again for the excellent customer service!! ORIGINAL POST: Courtesy backs out of the deals they promise. I texted back and forth with a sales rep after he showed me a new car a few days prior. We couldn't reach an agreement our first meeting and he reached out a few days later promising to deliver a specific number. I returned to the dealership and was told that they could not hit the promised number.
