I brought my vehicle in on a Tuesday evening for an issue with my air conditioner. Wednesday never received a call or update Called Wednesday after 6 pm and no answer at dealership or service area. Called Thursday morning and on hold for well over 10 mins. Could not locate service manager and main manager was on phone. Hung up and called back later. Talked to an advisor who said the car was complete but could not tell me much more than that. Transferred me to another advisor. She said it's ready but had not read the mechanics notes so could not tell me everything I like my ford however this dealership service area is not customer focused. They do not treat you like you are important. I also have Mazda s and the dealership in Pineville is amazing. They should take guidance from that dealership regarding customer service. It's unfortunate as it will impact my decision negatively in buying another ford. Service departments are critical. Customers need great service and need to be contacted to ensure they have information regarding their vehicles. Also difficult to reach people via the phone.
