  • No customer service. Got yelled at for wanting to try it out. Said if i try it, i pay for it! Avoid at all cost. Owner was on the phone and yelling at me at the same time. Don't buy anything from this shop. Owner hates customers. Only looking after his money. Avoid at all cost! Obviously, i was polite and courteous, but he has to yell and shout in anger. Owner has a temper issue. Device was 100% ok. I never said anything about testing my device. Owner making stuff up. His battery box was already half open and could easily be taken out. Could have been an expired battery. If battery works, i buy it. If you don't want me to try it, that's fine, but why yell? This owner is not very bright. Lost a sale. I was ready to pay him even without trying it, but he kept yelling at me. Needs to go to customer service class. Got my battery somewhere else where customer service is polite. Avoid! Avoid! You can see from his response, the owner still not owning up to his yelling and temper, and needs to trash a potential customer. His response says a lot about the owner. Avoid at all cost. I ended up at another shop with better service and cheaper cost. Avoid! Avoid this place at all cost! Overpriced and bad service. Owner now using fake review accounts to discredit me. The store was empty. Only me and him were there. My review is consistent with other yelp reviewers. Check out yelp reviews. Owner has pissed off many customers with his attitude. Avoid!
