  • I went here two years ago and didn't have the best experience but tonight was GREAT! Mad Mex accommodates vegans SO MUCH! I ordered the Happy Hippie quesadilla that comes with mushrooms, spinach and pico de gallo inside. I asked for daiya vegan cheese and they even gave me tofutti sour cream (non-dairy). The quesadilla was delicious! It was stuffed to the brim and I even got a side of guacamole. I loved it. It was happy hour while I was there so I got a Cidergeist Rosé Cider! It was half off! It was super delicious. I literally want to come back here tomorrow!
