I have been to so many AT&T store in different states, but this store is by far the worst AT&T store I have ever been!
Came here to change one of my phone numbers.
When I walked in, I thought I was lucky because the store was empty and I figured I didn't have to wait. I saw just one customer being helped by an employee and two lady employees chatting in the store. A guy took my name and phone number and told me that I had to wait about 30 min. Really??!! Well, maybe the two employees chatting in the corner of the store finished their shift time. So I decided to wait. 20 min passed by, they are still talking and giggling at each other.
All of a sudden, the guy that took my name and phone number tells me "I can help you." What??!! What the f*** was I waiting for then?! He wasn't doing anything last 20 min. This guy treated me like I'm a piece of s*** from the beginning.
When he opened up my account information, he saw I have a business account and he figured out I own a business. He changed his attitude completely after this and started asking me what type of business and all the nosy questions. Yes, I know I don't look like I own a business. He started kissing my a** and even asked me if I have any work for him. What a nerve he has! The people I hate the most is the people that judge a book by its cover. Sorry but I couldn't help my self but being nasty to him.
A month later, I get a bill from AT&T $100 more than my regular AT&T bill. I called AT&T and found out the guy put some unnecessary upgrade on my account without my permission. I was on the phone with AT&T for almost an hour to get this charge removed. I am pissed! I should've taken his name and reported this to AT&T headquarter.
I definitely do not recommend this AT&T store to anyone. Drive extra 2 or 3 miles and go to another AT&T store. It's worth it.
