  • My husband and I got shut out of trying one of the boozy shakes at Holsteins next door because the bar was so crowded so we decided to give Milk Bar a try instead. Their boozy shakes did not compare. In fact, the alcohol to chocolate ratio was a bit too strong to be enjoyable. We also ordered a chocolate chip cookie, corn cookie, and a slice of crack pie (because apparently that's the thing to get here). The cookies were yummy but not mind blowing. The crack pie was pretty disappointing. It was a cold, chewy pie slice of sugar. I would go back to try their ice cream or for a quick cookie fix, but everything else here was pretty average or underwhelming.
