  • I have made the mistake of visiting three different Massage Envy locations... I get sucked in with a super cheap deal and have regretted it every time. I will not make the mistake again. You cannot customize the room temperatures and all three locations kept the entire office at 68 degrees, I was freezing. The massage personal are inexperienced (at least I hope that is their excuse), and the unrelaxing visit is topped off with a horrible and unrelenting sales pitch trying to have you purchase a membership. Stay away from all locations, they are all the same. Spend a few extra bucks elsewhere to make sure your spa experience is what it should be.
