I returned a defective rug. Carter, a new employee, was flat-out FANTASTIC. He apologized immediately for the inconvenience, asked me if he could help me find a replacement, and CHEERFULLY refunded my money. THIS is customer service at it's absolute best. Something the chef Chuck and Brittany at Allegheny HYP Club should strive for, instead of pestering me with sour grapes,unapologetic emails. Thoroughly in poor taste.
