rev:text	Kim is a superstar at this store. I had a salt cell that I took in because it didn't seem to be working. After Kim tested it, she found that it indeed had failed. I had purchased this 1-1/2 years ago from there and it had a three-year warranty. Kim said she needed to check with her boss on what to do next and would get back to me. I got impatient and called the next day. Kim gave me the option of either getting a 'replacement' salt cell with a 1 year warranty (which they would have to order) or to pay a minimal amount and get a new salt cell (which they did have in stock) with a 4-year warranty. I told her I would rather get a new salt cell so brought in the old one and expected to pay approximately $100. Through some wizardry that Kim did, I left the store with a new salt cell and without paying anything. I would recommend this store, and Kim, highly!
