Two words: Not Impressed. I first walked in I was not greeted by an employee for 5 minutes. I was aimlessly walking around trying to figure out the system of things. Finally I'm saved by a girl with a "what do you need" attitude. As I'm ordering a drink from her my friend is asking if the brownie contains any nut products because he has an allergy. Her response was "it's not supposed to but I didn't make." Her customer service was lacking to say the least. I ordered a boba tea which was pretty good, but it didn't get the bad taste out of my mouth from that employee. Won't be back for a while.
