I love giving compliments!! This, however, is not a compliment. My battery was dead in my garage on my 1 year old Ford Explorer. Being under warranty! I contacted The dealership and was told to contact Roadside Assistance to have my vehicle jumped and then towed to the dealership.
A man from 777 Towing came approximately an hour late, according to a call saying what time he would arrive. He then jump started my car and was ready to take off I told him that the dealership wanted me to have him tow it to them.
He argued with me and kept insisting that there was no reason for that. He told me to take it to AutoZone and see if it had any JUICE and if it did not then I should just buy another battery. I told him again that the vehicle was a year old and that the dealership wanted it there.
After arguing with me he finally took it. I was so angry that I had to leave my husband in the garage with him to keep from getting into the flesh.
When I picked up my car from the dealership I noticed rubbing and grinding. It was mentioned to me that my vehicle being a all wheel vehicle should not have been towed with the tires on the ground.
Of course they were rude to me when I called and did not have anyone return my calls so I am having to file a claim with Roadside Assistance .
Now, I am without a vehicle until it is fixed and most likely will have to come up with an unnecessary amount of money just to have my car checked out before I can get claims approved. What a disappointment!
The man did not even leave an invoice which we did not notice until we needed it. I don't know how he sleeps at night knowing how he has mistreated someone's vehicle, obviously because it was not his hard earned money that is being wasted due to his rotten attitude and carelessness.
