UNimpressed. Had lunch with a friend. The service was pretty poor, we waited a while before anyone came by to at least give us water. My friend ordered Ensalata Pizza and I got gluten-free rigatoni with pomodoro sauce. The pizza was cold in the middle (frozen crust?) but she said it was tasty. My pasta looked like they just dumped a can of tomato sauce over it (too much sauce at that), though the sauce, too, was good. The pasta, however, was way too al dente. I'd asked for Parmesan and crushed red pepper when I ordered, but didn't get it and had to wait while they went for it. I expected much better from a big-name restaurant like this. I just can't recommend Cucina, not when you can walk across the pedestrian bridge to the Cosmopolitan and enjoy great food and service at several restaurants there.
