  • Lyft started off great for me then it went downhill fast. The first two days were great then all of a sudden I started getting charged prime time rates. What I didn't understand about this was I was requesting a ride at the same time every day. I didn't get how the first two days weren't prime time then the next days were. Then two days a driver would be on his way and then he would cancel out of no where. It was worse than a taxi. I am highly disappointed in lyft. Three drivers have canceled on me this morning.
