  • I ordered my pizza at 6:42 pm. It's 8:37 pm. No pizza. The driver called me 48 minutes ago to "confirm my address" and said he had "no idea" what time my pizza would actually get here. Their phones roll over to a horrible call center with no customer service WHATSOEVER. I can see they have horrible reviews, something needs to change. I'm never ordering from them again.
