| - This was definitely my first time coming here, maybe partially because they're still fairly new. The location isn't too far for me and the best part there is plenty of parking. I was a little bummed because I couldn't partake in drinking, they have a pretty good selection of crafted beers and cocktails. I will definitely be coming back for some sangria.
After observing the menu and getting feed back on the food, I decided I definitely wanted to try the Deep fried devil eggs and Vermicelli Noodle salad, they said the dressing would be worth it. Boy was he right Themis salad was so good, the dressing amplified the greens and I am a sucker for noodles. I would definitely recommend the salad and the Deviled eggs was a good starter, it had a unique flavor and the textures was good, I even try dipping it In my dressing and it was soooooo good.
Another recommendation was the bread pudding of the day- so of course I had to jump in dessert, the current flavor was Reese Peanut Butter cup, and boy was it good, I loved the cream and sauce m, it was a perfect balance and it was moist and not soggy, so the texture and flavor was in point. I just wish I could finish it, but sadly it's meant to share.
Overall, I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The staff super friendly and very knowledgeable, they will definitely give you some good recommendations. The quality of food is delicious and good, they definitely take pride on providing fresh and high quality ingredients.
