  • Needed new water heater before listing house for sell. Called Jim and got a firm quote, $640 for a 50 Gallon tank, including all parts, and a pan. Jim arrived on time the following day and installed the tank with all new fittings, along with some copper pipe cutting along with some welding. The price originally quoted never varied and it was a pleasure to deal with someone reliable who runs a small business. I believe I saved some money because HD wanted about $600 for the heater a couple hundred for installation. Couldn't have gone better, highly recommend.
