Update: spoke with a representative and they were able to refund me some money. Again I understand they have to make their money somehow but it's still rediculously high and when I mentioned that he told me " We're not the people to call if you want good pricing , only if you want good customer service" alright 10-4 , well thank you for the service and good luck to y'all. If they would stop spending so much money on those designer sunglasses and flashlights that they talk so much about on their commerials and focus more on good pricing for customers they wouldn't have to run 24-7 on air commerials . Business would just go right to their front door. And by the way I didn't even recieve new air filters as they like to announce on the radio. Don't expect everything they promise on air .
