rev:text	PNG cut gas off on Fri for repairs and left tag on door and left. Tenant came home at 1am to cold house and no heat. Sat am tenant could not restart.landlord could not get restarted and got PNG to restart but he got ignition but no gas to burner. Landlord went back and could not get gas to glowing igniter and left. One Hour sent Dan King tech Sun am. Tech called me at 11am and said igniter was broken and it was $369 to replace. I told him I knew igniter was good and put unit back as he found it and leave. He charged $79 and left. Morris Jenkins tech and I went to unit Sun pm replaced strangely broken igniter repaired sliced wire to gas valve started unit and left.
