| - Disaster. Absolutely unacceptable. I needed my dress by July 4th for my sister's wedding. I drop it off on June 19th. I come the week before the wedding because I received no phone call saying that the dress was done. THEY CLOSED WITHOUT WARNING THE ENTIRE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING with no number to call. I had bought a $500 dress for the wedding, and ended up with no dress. Then, today, when I went in for a refund, Azar argued with me and gave me all sorts of excuses. She claimed that she called me about their closure (she hadn't. I have a smart phone. It's 2015. She did, however, have my correct number.) She claimed that she had set up an appointment for me on 6/26/15 that I missed (there was no discussion about an additional appointment during my first meeting). She asked me again when I had asked for the dress by, and I told her July 4th. Her response was,"How am I supposed to remember that?" How indeed, Azar, how indeed. Because it's not like you need to remember that kind of stuff. She told me "You cannot prove anything." And she's right. I can't prove that she never called me. I can't prove that she never talked to me about scheduling a follow up appointment. She refused to acknowledge any fault of her own, and haggled with me like a store owner in a third world country. (I know, because I have lived in third world countries, and business owners treat all complaints, regardless of their legitimacy, as completely baseless.) I told her that I would go on Yelp and recount what had happened, to which she responded that Yelp is fake. Well, Azar, we will see about that.
