  • When I suspected I had rodents in the attic I consulted Yelp and narrowed my search to 3 appropriate providers. Watts replied immediately and sent someone that day. There were email, voicemail confirmations and reminders. I was able to pay my bill online, it was extremely professional. Abby checked in with me to make sure everything was OK. They sent Austin to do the work and he was as professional as they get. He explained everything he was going to do in great detail as well as offering options for future prevention. He got the job done on the first visit and returned twice to make sure my problem was solved. This was my 1st experience with this type of service but I cannot imagine anyone else doing a better job. Don't waste time, deal with Watts right away, Austin is a true professional. By the way, of the other 2 providers I contacted: One called me 3 days later and the other never replied...
