If you want to get disappointed then make an appointment for service online. We got an email for specials and selected one. It walked us through making an appointment, we even received an email from the service manager thanking us. Sounds good, wait. We arrived a little before our appointment time and met Ernie. We explained our situation but he claimed he couldn't find the appointment and really couldn't care less. So we went to the service manager, Lonnie . He couldn't care less either even though his email said "looking forward to seeing you". We then left and are now looking for a new dealership.
