  • Yesterday I came into ATT hoping I would be able to sign up with them and get a new phone since my relationship with Sprint had gone down the drain. Right when I walked in I was greeted by David who assisted me right away.. I was approved for a line and all that but decided it would be cheaper and less money up front to be on a family plan with my other family who has been with ATT for many years. Once I brought my mom back we got started. I was able to get a new iPhone 6S plus a $100 credit for carrying over my Sprint number to ATT. My boyfriend was also added on to our family plan and got credits for doing the same and trading in his iPhone 6 Plus. David was extremely helpful and very friendly! We had a bit of a setback dealing with Sprint but with David's help he was able to get what we needed from them. After a couple hours (due to sprint) we were finally able to leave with brand new iPhone 6S and life cases for our phones. If you plan on going in I would recommend getting help from David!
