L'Atelier, the French sushi bar - the atmosphere is much more casual. You don't feel like you are being watched constantly as in the more expensive Robuchon next door.
I sat at the bar and ordered a few dishes instead of going for the tasting menu. The oyster did not stand out. But the quail leg with Foie Gras was really good - but you know how small a quail leg is? I can probably eat 10 whole quails and still be hungry! The desert assortment was so so. There are some other dishes that I can't remember anymore.
Anyways, can't give it 5 stars because it is too expensive. But at least in this bar version, you can experience Joel Robuchon's creations without committing an entire dinner to do it.
