  • "Bachi Burger" is a term you hear a lot around Vegas, but until you taste it for yourself, you cannot begin to imagine what "Bachi Burger" really means. They have a delicious Japanese fusion with their burgers and pairings. The atmosphere is modern and their presentation is minimal, which I liked. I really enjoyed the Ronin Burger and the Truffle Parmesan Fries. I would recommend either. We visited on a Monday evening so we didn't have to wait to be seated. However, I did notice that as we ate our meal, the servers would come and clear the table as we finished. I opened my straw, they came and got the wrapper, I finished my fries, they came and took the empty stand...At first, I thought, "man, they are on it!", but then I noticed the wait line forming outside and realized that they were trying to hurry us out the door. I mean, I hadn't even put my napkin down before the server came and took my plate. I understand that time is money, but when I visit a sit-down restaurant with a friend I haven't seen in a while, I expect to be able to enjoy both a good meal and conversation without feeling rushed. I highly recommend them, it was delicious!
