  • It is really stress free car rental company. Especially when you're Emerald Club member, I just pick a car that I want and go. Only one thing, it is taking too long for customer service to answer the phone when I call to change some of my reservation. And also, they forgot to put a discount for me when I change my reservation even I already mentioned to them, but everything else is good.
