  • TERRRRRIBLEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Cannot even give a star!!!! I'm sick to my stomach!!!! I've been filling my prescriptions for years at Walgreens as well as doing basically ALL my grocery shopping there -(as I don't cook) for about 10 years now. I moved out to Scottsdale from Vegas and almost cried when I did because my favorite Walgreens was in walking distance from my house. I literally was there every night. I loved the warm welcomings and the 'thank you for shopping at Walgreens be well' at the end of my experience. BUTTTT this one!!!!! LET ME TELL YOU!!! I've never been inside this actual Walgreens onto to the drive up-(I moved out here in October and work nights so by time I get off this one is closed so I go to the one in Old Town)-LOVE THEM! Super nice! Anyway.... I went tonight for the first time walked in at 9:55 and the heavy-set maroon-purple hair older lady says straight away-(not welcome to Walgreens) buttttt "YOU HAVE 3 MINUTES"- I was SHOCKED and absolutely blown away- I didn't even realize what she said until I waited a minute and said "what did you say?"- and she said "I said you have 3 minutes I didn't know if you heard me"- and I said "wow chill out don't worry I'll be in and out, and I'll talk to your manager" than to see the so called 'store manager'-(from what the purple hair lady said) put her hand up in the air to "hush me"- I was absolutely sickened! I went to the back to buy my tea with Rajit-(I think that's his name, the pharmacist) which I've met a few times but only through the drive up window- he is an absolutely GEM! Such a professional man, with a HUGE heart and tons of knowledge on the pharmacy side, he's always answered all my questions promptly! Wish I could say the same about the cashiers tonight! It was a TERRIBLE experience- cannot believe the so-called manager "hushed me in the air" and the other cashier laughed me off when I got upset about her yelling in front of everyone when I walked in "you got 3 minutes"- no hello welcome to Walgreens no hi but how much time I have to shop! I had an amazing night out with my family, so there was no reason to put me in a bad mood because you felt the need to project over all your customers when I walked in that I literally had 180seconds to shop! I will be contacting corporate! And even when I told her that on the way out she laughed and pointed to the girl who hushed me and told me her manager was here and I can talk to her- yeah right! I work in the customer service field and I go above and beyond for everyone everyday and I'm sick of never receiving the same in return! It's just unfair! Because of this I will definitely never return to your Walgreens and see if my insurance covers CVS as I am sick of the foul mannerism and experiences I don't need to have! Never have I ever been treated like this! Ive had a Walgreens card and shopped with you for almost 10+ years and I hate to leave you but because of your rude cashier lady I am done!
