rev:text	Please beware, and DO NOT rent a car from Fox Rent a Car. I rented a car for my recent trip to Phoenix from Fox. There are two major reasons I would never rent from this company again. #1 I had prepaid for my car via a popular online car rental site. When I presented my reservation, Fox refused to honor my prepaid reservation because I had since lost the credit card I utilized and received a replacement card. They were unwilling to verify my payment in any other way through my bank. They made me pay for my car rental again, and I have yet to be refunded for the double charge, so at this point in time I have paid for the same car rental twice. Receiving a replacement card for a lost/stolen credit card is a VERY common occurrence. I find it very surprising and frustrating that a PRE-PAID reservation cannot be honored in that situation. And #2, when I arrived at the counter a woman in front of me was attempting to complete her transaction. The man working was continuously trying to force her to purchase additional insurance that she did not require on top of what she had already prepaid. The woman did not speak English very well, and the man appeared to be taking advantage of her and utilizing deceptive and unfair sales practices due to her lack of understanding. I could never support this business after witnessing this, and I can only hope I am eventually compensated for being forced to pay for my rental car twice. I hope my experience is an isolated one, but please beware!
