  • So 30 mins after waiting in line I was able to get my contract...and another 10 minutes before I got my car. The reservationist was very nice, but staffing was not up to par for a Wednesday afternoon. My car was in great condition and clean. Big bonus in my book. However, the estimate of what my car would cost to what I was actually charged was a big difference. I was quoted $270 and was actually charged a little over $200. Originally I was quoted $170. I kept asking where these extra charges were coming from and the contract said something different. It was a uncomforting, but happy I wasn't super overcharged for the car.
