Finally got to take the kids here to help them stop bouncing off the walls being stuck inside all summer. I read several of the reviews and decided to give it a try. Our overall experience was really good. The treehouse is huge and cool looking, it looked like it was regularly cleaned minus the places that would be impossible to reach (or touch) so that appears to have been addressed.
The girls in front that check you in were really nice and helpful. The girls that watch the playground inside, not so much. They look like they hate their job as I didn't see a single smile or genuine "child interaction".
My younger son wanted to go the bunjee swing so I splurged the $8 and did it and he had a blast. I think the price is reasonable but would only do it once per visit. The girl who helped on the swing was very nice and good with kids.
The price to get in is reasonable for what you get as well, plus adults are free, as they obviously should be. The eating area is surprisingly nice as well. The only area I saw lacking was the arcade. Didn't bother me much bc I brought my kids there to actually play and run around, not play video games. But if I had, the arcade is a let down.
Long story short, nice little place and we will definitely be back. A few of the reviews concerned me but I'm super glad we went. I also found some relief in the fact that the owners seem to respond to the reviews on here and attempt to address the problem. That alone is invaluable in my opinion.
