  • This was the most awkward ordering experience I have ever had. We stood at the counter with 4 employees looking away and talking to each other until we were asked what we wanted. Upon asking for a cheeseburger, the guy who asked just walked away. He came back and we asked for another burger, gone again. So I asked someone else if we could have fries as well. The woman never responded just started talking to a guy next to her and put the fries in the oil. We stood at the counter being completely ignored while everything cooked. I realize this is how things are done when it's busy, but we were the only ones. The woman who made the fries finally gave us our total, and when we tried handing her payment she was too caught up in her conversation again to notice. We sat for another couple of minutes just trying to pay. This is a ridiculous way to treat customers, I felt like I was bothering them by coming in. On top of that the food was terrible. This will be our last time coming here.
