  • They relocated to 2421 South Blvd when I had the "service" done. I had my car towed to the location on South Blvd. The manager quoted me $1620 worth of work. I was puzzled since I just had an oil change and the last mechanic said everything was fine. The AAA rep, Chris, said that mechanic didn't do a diagnostic and would be able to see the issues (cabin filter, serpentine belt, fuel injection, spark plugs, coils). To keep this short, I'll just talk about the LIE they told me about the serpentine belt: This, by the way, is located in the front so no diagnostic is needed. The new mechanic showed me the belt and there was nothing wrong with it! AAA said it was old and had cracks but when I looked, it appeared brand new! The mechanic put the gauge to it and showed me there were no worn areas. He said he looked everywhere and couldn't find a problem. (This is where I wish I could post pics and show you the lies AAA wrote down and the picture of the almost brand new serpentine belt). So, not only will I NEVER use your auto service, I'll NEVER renew my AAA membership again. AAA lost a long-time member and her family.
