  • I had COX tv for 16 years and converted to OTA and streaming their internet into Apple TV. COX is: 1. Worlds worst customer service bar none 2. Least knowledgaeable staff in all areas. When in doubt - lie. 3. Predatory commercial practices. If you move they'll change your due date then slap you with a late fee. 4. Most arrogant staff in all areas 5. Least sensitive advertiser. If you flood the market repeatedly with ads people don't even hear or see them anymore. 6. Put [eople in front of the public without any evidenc eof having been trained
