  • DO NOT LIVE HERE IN THE SUMMER! The complex runs on a chiller system, so our apartment was 85 degrees from 3 pm-11 pm in the summer months. This is unacceptable, especially since the system is running at full blast all summer and you are paying for the utilities. We had to move due to the issue and management did not waive any lease-breaking fees.
