  • I went last night and was not impressed. The girl undercharged us (and we gave a very hefty Halloween tip) then chased us down after leaving the store to say she gave us the wrong order and that she needed to charge us extra. She shouldn't have asked us to pay extra for her mistake. This is the second time I've had poor customer service from the same short haired girl. I will not be returning to Ottos.
